Terms & Conditions
Little Royalty Spa, LLC must receive a final number of party guests, including any add-ons no later than 5 business days before scheduled event.
The above information is imperative in determining how many supplies will be needed.
Once that number is confirmed there will be NO changes allowed.
Balance will reflect the number of confirmed guest.
There will be a 15 minute grace period from scheduled start time. A fee of $15 will be applied after.
Waiver / Release Form
Our services are for entertainment purposes only and we will not use powered equipment, cuticle tools during our mini mani or mini pedi services. We cannot remove gel and dip polish. We will attempt to use products that are considered safe for children; however, we cannot guarantee that there will not be an allergic reaction to products being used for skin and nails. Unfortunately, skin damage or minor allergic reactions can result from these kinds of activities. Little Royalty Spa LLC is not responsible for allergic reactions due to any services, costumes or consuming any food or beverage before, during or after the event. It is the responsibility of the guest’s or parent/guardian to inform Little Royalty Spa LLC staff of any allergies. Little Royalty Spa LLC will work to ensure that your family and friends are treated in the most respectable manner and a safe environment.
I, the undersigned, parent /guardian, assume all risk and hazards incidental to participating in the activity and hereby waive, release, absolve, indemnify and agree to protect, defend and hold harmless Little Royalty Spa LLC, their owners, staff, and participants for any claim arising out of any injury to myself / child to the fullest extent allowed by law. I, the undersigned, party host/hostess of the participant, am fully aware of the potential dangers and risk inherent in this activity, including physical injury, to myself / child to the fullest extent allowed by law. I, the undersigned, host/hostess of the participant, am fully aware of the potential dangers and risk inherent in this activity, including physical injury, or other consequences that may arise or result directly or indirectly from participation in all Little Royalty Spa LLC activities. “If any provision of this clause is held unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, then any such provision shall be deemed severable from this clause and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.”
Photo Release
I grant Little Royalty Spa LLC the absolute and irrevocable right and unrestricted permission concerning any photographs that has been taken or may be taken of me or my child and party guest in which I may be included with others, to use, reuse, publish, and republish the photographs in whole or in part, individually or in connection with other material, in any and all media now or hereafter known, including the internet, specifically including illustration, promotion, art, editorial, advertising. I release and discharge Little Royalty Spa LLC from all claims and demands that may arise out of or in connection with the use of the photograph, including without limitation any and all claims for libel or violation of any right of publicity or privacy. This authorization and release shall also inure to the benefit of the heirs, legal representatives, licensees, and assigns of the photographer, as well as the person(s) for whom the photographs were taken. If I would not like my photos taken during event I must make known prior to event date.
I am a legally competent adult and have the right to contract in my name and that of my child. I have read this document and fully understand its contents. This release shall be binding upon me and my heirs, legal representatives, and assigns.
Cancellation Policy
Little Royalty Spa LLC must be notified no less than 48 hours of booked event time for cancellation to be eligible to reschedule your booking. Rescheduled booking dates will be based upon availability of Little Royalty Spa LLC.
All deposits paid to Little Royalty Spa are Non-refundable.
A deposit is required at the time of booking.
The remaining balance is due at the time of your scheduled appointment.
Before booking, please confirm that your location is within our mobile service area. If a booking is made outside our service area without prior confirmation, a refund will not be issued.
The remaining balance is due at our departure of your scheduled Spa Party.
We will be in contact with you the Monday before your scheduled event to confirm all of your party details.

Covid-19
Due to the 2019-2020 outbreak of the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19), our business is taking extra precautions with the care of every client to include health history review and enhanced sanitation/disinfecting procedures in compliance with CDC guidance. Symptoms of COVID-19 include: • Fever • Fatigue • Dry Cough • Difficulty Breathing I agree to the following: • I understand the above symptoms and affirm that I, as well as all household members, do not currently have, nor have experienced the symptoms listed above within the last 14 days. • I affirm that I, as well as all household members, have not been diagnosed with COVID-19 within the past 30 days. • I affirm that I, as well as all household members, have not knowingly been exposed to anyone diagnosed with COVID-19 within the past 30 days. • I affirm that I, as well as all household members, have not traveled outside of the country or to any city considered to be a “hot spot” for COVID-19 infections within the past 30-days. • I understand that Little Royalty Spa LLC cannot be held liable for any exposure to the COVID-19 virus caused by misinformation on this form or the health history provided by each client. Our business is following theses enhanced procedures to prevent the spread of COVID-19: • temperature checks, hand washing, gloves, sanitizing and disinfecting. I agree to each statement above and release Little Royalty Spa LLC from any and all liability for unintentional exposure or harm due to COVID-19.
